About Sam
Samuel F. Grossman founded Fairchild Acquisition in 2018 and is the company's Managing Partner. He has over 20 years of experience in the residential and commercial real estate industry, in development, value-add rehab, management, and brokerage. In 2014, Grossman founded The Fairchild Group, which focused on smaller value add multi-family building rehabs in downtown Chicago. From 2014-2018 TFG Purchased and rehabbed approximately $10 million of buildings resulting in an overall value of greater than $15 million.
Prior to that, Grossman was a district manager, at Related Management Company from 2008-2013. He oversaw a portfolio of over 2,000 units, managed and successfully completed over $80mm of rehabilitation projects. From 2003-2008 Grossman was a partner in a Boston-based residential, management and development company, where he successfully focused on sales, leasing and development, of various types of residential buildings.
Grossman received his BA in finance from Boston University in 2002.
