Kerry Rudy joined Inveniam Capital Partners as Acting President in May 2020. Inveniam has built software that facilitates liquidity of private market assets with a focus on private equity and commercial real estate. Inveniam.io facilitates liquidity and valuation by preserving integrity and provenance or origin of asset data proving it has not been altered. Trusted data is essential to being able to buy and sell private market assets. Through use of Inveniam.io, information regarding the value of private market assets is always current, “ready for sale”. The benefits are tremendous for asset owners, investors and lenders. Asset owners can sell. Lenders can reclassify whole loans as Level II. Investors can assign greater liquidity to private market assets freeing up capital to invest in higher yielding illiquid investments, boosting portfolio returns. Through Everest Capital Advisors, Mr. Rudy is Acting President and Chief Revenue Officer of Inveniam Capital Partners. Through Everest Real Estate Advisors, Mr. Rudy became a partner in Fairchild Acquisitions in January 2018. Mr. Rudy is CEO of Everest Healthcare Advisors, a business development and consulting firm that advises companies seeking to conduct business with high grade NFP healthcare companies in the United States. Through Everest Gaming Advisors, Mr. Rudy is co-founder, CFO and Chairman of the Board of Moraine Road Games a board game company created in 2020. 

Mr. Rudy is a retired investment banker with more than 25 years of experience working for PNC Capital Markets, BMO Capital Markets, Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers. He has a proven record of success generating business, developing strategic capital funding strategies, and raising capital for high grade NFP healthcare companies. He has raised both debt and equity venture capital for startup companies and has significant experience evaluating investment opportunities in multiple industries.
