    Fairchild Acquisition is currently set up to raise equity on a deal by deal basis however Numerous investors commit to various investments in a single instance.

  • Who handles/manages your renovation?

    Fairchild Acquisition uses a construction company that handles all items in the rehab, no sub-contractors are used which helps with executing on time and on budget.

  • Do you have a management company?

    Fairchild Acquisition uses a third-party management company and has no plans of self-managing.

    On average, forty units for a total purchase and rehab cost of $6-8 million per deal.

  • How much equity have you raised?

    Approximately $12 million.

    Over the past three years Fairchild Acquisition has raised equity from over forty different investors.

  • Do you have a minimum investment amount?

    Fairchild Acquisition accepts investments in minimum denominations of $75,000 per deal.

  • Do existing investors get any preferences?

    Existing investors have a right to invest in the next deal on a pro-rata basis.

    Fairchild Acquisition intends to reinvest previously invested capital to acquire new assets to build an ever-growing portfolio of properties.

  • Does Fairchild Acquisition want to expand into other markets or products (ie office, industrial or retail)?

    Fairchild Acquisition’s skill set and experience is multifamily development and management. Fairchild Acquisition has no current plans to invest in assets outside of this asset class but always open to new investment opportunities.
