Kerry Rudy is a founding member of Everest Advisors LLC.  Everest Advisors is sole member of Everest Healthcare Advisors LLC, Everest Gaming Advisors LLC and Everest Real Estate Advisors LLC.  Through Everest Real Estate Advisors, Mr. Rudy became a partner in Fairchild Acquisitions LLC in January 2018.  Mr. Rudy is CEO of Everest Healthcare Advisors, a business development and consulting firm that advises companies seeking to conduct business with high grade NFP healthcare companies in the United States. Through Everest Gaming Advisors, Mr. Rudy is co-founder, CFO and Chairman of the Board of Moraine Road Games, LLC, a board game company created in 2020. 

Mr. Rudy is a retired investment banker with more than 25 years of experience working for PNC Capital Markets, BMO Capital Markets, Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers.  He has a proven record of success generating business, developing strategic capital funding strategies, and raising capital for high grade NFP healthcare companies. He has raised both debt and equity venture capital for startup companies and has significant experience evaluating investment opportunities in multiple industries. Mr. Rudy obtained his BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and MBA from the Cox Business School at Southern Methodist University.
