Jordan Allen was a limited partner in Fairchild Acquisitions’ Kenmore property and joined the firm as a partner in March 2019. 

Mr. Allen is currently the CEO and Principal, Reich Bros Finance, an asset-based lender, with more than 20 years of experience in the asset management and financial services industries. Formerly, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Victory Park Capital, a $3B middle-market private capital firm, and co-head of North America, Chief Operating Officer of Man Investments USA. Earlier in his career, Mr. Allen worked for Sam Zell’s Equity Group Investments in various operating and legal roles for twelve years.  

Mr. Allen has been an active real estate investor for two decades and has extensive experience serving as a board member of asset management businesses for more than 20 years. He is an attorney and CPA.
