Fairchild Acquisition is a real estate development and management company started by Sam Grossman in 2014. We focus on multi-family buildings in need of rehabilitation in prime Chicago locations. Relying on our passion for enhancing value, as well as creativity and innovation, we transform apartments into homes for our residents. Under the direction of Grossman, our managing partner who has more than 15 years of experience acquiring, rehabilitating, and managing buildings locally, Fairchild Acquisition currently manages five highly successful buildings and is evaluating multiple new opportunities.
